CG Forest Guard Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
The applicants should meet the education details, age details, and other details to apply for the Forest Guard posts, check below.
- Education Details: The 12th class is the requirement for the Forest Guard posts.
- Age Limit: 18 years to 40 years is the needed age for the CG Forest Guard posts.
- Application Fee: Rs 350 is the fee for GEN/OBC and for others, the fee is Rs 250.
Selection Process
The selection process for the CG Forest Guard posts has three rounds.
A)Written Exam/CBT Paper:
- It will be a 120-minute exam having MCQ-based questions.
- The total mark in the Forest Guard exam is 150.
- There will be negative markings in the Forest Guard exam.
- The questions in the Forest Guard exam are from the subjects, General Knowledge, General Hindi, Mental Ability, & Numerical Ability.
B)Physical Efficiency & Standard Test:
PST Male-
- Height- 163 CM
- Chest: 79 cm to 84 cm
PST Female –
- Height- 150 CM
- Chest: NA
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Male:
- Event: 25 km walk
- Time Duration: 4 hours
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Female :
- Event: 800 meters walk
- Time Duration: 2 hours
C)Document Verification:
The Docs verification round is the third round in the selection process, the applicants who pass the above two rounds will be invited to appear in the DV round to show the documents. After this, the final merit list will be uploaded for the Forest Guard posts.
