GATE 2025: GATE is the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, it is a national-level examination. Which Courses are eligible for the GATE Exam 2025
- BE / B Tech/ B Pharm– Student currently in the 3rd year or higher or already completed
- B Arch– Student currently in the 3rd year or higher or already completed
- B Sc (Research) / BS– Student currently in the 3rd year or higher or already completed
- Pharm D (after 10+2)– Student currently in the 3rd/ 4th/ 5th/ 6th year or already completed
- MBBS / BDS / BV.Sc– 5th/ 6th/ 7th or higher semester or already completed
- M Sc / MA / MCA /equivalent– Student currently in the first year or higher or already Completed
- Int. ME / M Tech (Post -BSc)– Student currently in the 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th year or already completed
- Int. ME / MTech / MPharm or Dual Degree (after Diploma /10+2)– Student currently in the 3rd/ 4th/ 5th year or already completed

GATE 2025 Exam Pattern
- The GATE 2025 exam will be of duration of 03 hours.
- The GATE 2024 exam will have three types of questions: MCQs/Multiple Choice Questions, MSQs/Multiple Select Questions, and NAT/Numerical Answer Type Questions.
- The GATE exam for all 30 subjects will have a section named General Aptitude, In this section there will be 15 marks questions common to all papers.
- The GATE exam will have negative marking as follows: 1/3 marks will be subtracted for incorrect answers to 1-mark questions, and 2/3 marks will be subtracted for incorrect answers to 2-mark questions.
- MSQs and NAT questions will not have negative marks in the GATE 2025 exam.
- The total marks for the GATE 2025 is 100 marks.
- General Aptitude questions will be of 15 marks
- Engineering Mathematics questions will be of 13 marks
- Selected Subject questions will be of 72 marks
- For non-engineering subjects, the Selected Subject questions will be of 85 marks

- The online portal is not active yet for the GATE 2025 exam.
- The organizing authority will release the application form submission dates for the GATE 2025 exam soon.
- The application forms for the GATE 2025 exam will be submitted on the official website along with docs/photos/signatures and fees.
